All design services must be paid in full at the time of service.
For website services:
Project completion dates vary from 5 days to 4 weeks. Larger packages will receive a specific completion date at the time of booking.
Three revisions are allowed for design services. A review meeting will be set up to discuss progress and necessary edits.
After final approval and payment, any further adjustments or additions to the website will incur additional charges.
All design work is non-refundable due to labour and software costs. Deposits are non-refundable once the design process has started.
If a project is voided due to rude or intolerant behaviour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Business consulting is not included in these services. For consulting, please contact me here.
Contact is limited to business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). For discussions, please email and expect a response during working hours.
